Lemon-Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
3/4 c. skim milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients.
In separate bowl mix milk, oil, egg and lemon juice.
Mix with dry ingredients.
Coat loaf pan with vegetable cooking spray and pour mixture in.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
