Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. cream or may substitute frozen coffee creamer
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    9-inch unbaked pie crust
    1 c. diced ham
    1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/3 c. minced onion
Preparation
    Combine slightly beaten eggs with cream, cayenne pepper, sugar and salt.
    Set aside.
    Spread ham, cheese and minced onion over bottom of pie crust.
    Pour egg-cream mixture over ham and cheese in pie crust.
    Place in preheated 400\u00b0 oven and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300\u00b0 and continue to bake an additional 30 minutes.
    Let set 10 minutes before cutting.
