Chicken Breast With Garlic, Herbs And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boned chicken breasts, pounded thin
    1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    2 chopped garlic cloves
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    Monterey Jack cheese (for stuffing)
Preparation
    Blend together butter, garlic cloves, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
    Dip both sides of chicken in butter mixture.
    Dip one side of chicken into bread crumb mixture.
    Place breaded side down in shallow casserole dish.
    Top with cheese slices.
    Top with another piece of chicken dipped and greased as before, breaded side up.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
