Peppers In Oil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck basket peppers
    2 Tbsp. mint flakes
    2 Tbsp. chopped basil
    3 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. salt
    garlic (approximately 2 to 3 cloves for each jar; according to personal taste)
    cider vinegar
    water
Preparation
    You will also need clean canning jars and new canning jar lids.
