Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 large or 2 small onions, sliced thin
    about 10 to 12 medium cukes, sliced thin
Preparation
    Bring to a boil: vinegar, sugar, salt, celery and mustard seed until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour, while hot, over onions and cuke slices.
    Let cool and refrigerate.
    Cukes will settle and a few more slices can be added.
