Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 eggs
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. apples, chopped

Preparation

Beat sugar and eggs.
Add oil and beat until creamy.
Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and allspice.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake in Bundt pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
