Corn Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. freshly scraped corn kernels
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    freshly ground black pepper
    fat for deep frying
Preparation
    Combine eggs and corn in bowl.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, paprika and pepper. Fold this into corn mixture. Drop by small spoonfuls into fat heated to 365\u00b0.
    Cook until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
    Makes 4 dozen.
