Tempura - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 shrimp (prawns), shells removed and cleaned
    1 sweet potato
    3 mushrooms
    1 carrot
    1 zucchini
    1 green pepper
    6 celery leaves
    5 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. sesame oil
Preparation
    Slice vegetables to desired thickness or leave whole or into bite
    size chunks.
    For vegetables, can use string beans, onion, cauliflower,
    broccoli,
    eggplant
    or asparagus or try something new.
