Twice Cooked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. red pepper (ground)
1 stick margarine
1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Bake potatoes 1 hour at 450\u00b0, uncovered. Saute onion and red pepper in margarine until onion is transparent. Scoop insides out and mix with the onion and red pepper. Add cheese and enough milk to make potatoes fluffy. Mound into potato shells and bake at 350\u00b0 until heated throughout and until they are bubbly.
