6 Week Bran Muffin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Food Lion raisin bran
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins (I usually use more)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Stir in cereal, milk and raisins together.
    Let stand for 2 minutes, then add eggs and oil. Add flour mixture and stir only until all is combined.
    Spray Pam in muffin tray and fill them with batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Keep remainder of batter covered in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
    Make more when needed.
