Striped Apple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
    2 c. apple juice
    2 c. applesauce, divided
    2 large bananas, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot apple juice; add 1 1/2 cups of applesauce, bananas and celery.
    Pour half of the mixture into a 1-quart dish or mold.
    Chill 30 minutes.
    Leave other half of gelatin mixture at room temperature.
    Combine remaining 1/2 cup applesauce and sour cream; spread over chilled gelatin.
    Pour remaining gelatin over sour cream mixture.
    Chill until firm. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
