Ricotta Biscuits (Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. melted butter
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    3 drops lemon extract
    3 Tbsp. milk
    4 large eggs
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. light vegetable or canola oil
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. toasted slivered almonds
    1 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    With a wooden spoon, cream eggs and sugar. Stir in oil; mix in extract.
    Set aside.
    Mix dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture.
    Stir in almonds and cranberries.
