Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
6 Tbsp. tomatoes with green chilies
1 pkg. Tostados
1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cooked and chopped
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper with garlic salt in margarine in skillet.
Combine soup, broth and tomatoes in bowl; mix well. Layer half the Tostados, soup mixture, chicken and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
