Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground cranberries
1 orange
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 pkg. Knox gelatine
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. hot orange juice
1 c. finely cut celery and nuts
pinch of salt
Preparation
-
Mix ground orange
rind
and cranberries with sugar and let stand.
Soften 2 packages Knox gelatine in 1 1/2 cups cold water with 1 1/2
cups
hot orange juice (including previously used orange).
Add pinch of salt
and
the 1 cup of finely cut celery and nuts.
Refrigerate until used.
