Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (2 sticks) butter
    8 oz. chopped Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 boxes confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    Chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter and cheese in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Mix in vanilla.
    Mix cocoa and confectioners sugar in bowl.
    Add
    cheese mixture to cocoa and mix quickly.
    Spread in a 9 x 13 inch dish.
    Pat pecans over top.
    Yield: 3 lb.
