Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 to 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Melt margarine. Add flour and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Spread in an 8 x 8 x 2 pan. Microwave on Medium-high (70%) for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes until bubbling. Beat sugar, eggs, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons flour and pour over hot crust. Microwave on Medium-high (70%) for 5 to 6 minutes until center is firm. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool completely before cutting.
