Veggie-Nut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. cheese, cubed (any kind you like)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 stick margarine
    20 saltine crackers or Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix all but last two ingredients together well.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Melt margarine and mix with crackers.
    Sprinkle on top and bake an additional 15 minutes.
