Cocoa Snack Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt in a 9 x 9-inch microwave-safe dish.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Stir into flour mixture until well blended.
Microwave on High 6 to 7 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn twice, until pick inserted near center comes out clean.
