Wild Rice-Chicken Supreme(Good Enough For Company, Brunch Or Dinner) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
1 c. half and half
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1/3 c. chopped pimento
1/3 c. parsley
1/4 c. chopped almonds
Preparation

Prepare rice and seasoning packets according to directions. Melt the butter in a large saucepan.
Add onions; cook on low until tender.
Stir in the flour, salt, pepper, half and half and chicken broth.
Cook until thickened.
Stir in chicken, pimentos, parsley, almonds and cooked rice.
Place in 2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
