Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    2 cans Mexican stewed tomatoes
    2 cans kidney beans
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. red (cayenne) pepper
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper.
    Add tomatoes, beans, chili powder, cumin, red pepper, hot sauce and garlic powder.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
