Korean Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced sirloin (1-inch strips)
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
    3 spring onions, sliced 1-inch lengths
    2 large cloves garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    slight sprinkle dry ginger
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and marinate approximately 1 hour.
    Quick fry in very hot pan, not using any other oil.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
