Crab Rangoon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. crabmeat, flaked
    1 clove garlic, finely minced
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
    1 lb. wonton wrappers
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    Oil for deep-frying
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Place 1 tsp. of mixture on wrappers.
    Moisten edges with egg yolk.
    Fold to form a triangle.
    Moisten the two furthermost points with egg yold and fold under.
    Deep-fry in hot oil 2-3 minutes, until golden.
