Mama'S Fried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chops
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. oil
    salt and pepper
    Lawry's seasoned salt
Preparation
    Pour flour into a plate.
    Salt and pepper chops.
    Sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt.
    Heat oil in skillet on medium heat until flour sizzles when tested.
    Dust chops with flour and fry until golden brown on each side.
    Serve with thickening gravy, homemade biscuits and a big slice of red onion!
