Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. applesauce
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening until smooth.
Add the applesauce and remaining ingredients.
Mix well and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until done.
