Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Beat egg and milk together.
    Dip chicken pieces in milk mixture.
    Mix flour, sesame seed, salt and pepper together.
    Dip chicken in flour mixture.
    Repeat dipping in milk mixture and flour mixture.
    Place chicken in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Let stand 15 minutes.
    Pour butter over chicken.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, or until tender.
