Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. parboiled rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Saute hamburger, rice and onion in skillet until meat is browned.
Add salt, coriander, pepper, tomato sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms.
Add enough water to broth to make 1 1/2 cups.
Stir into meat mixture.
Bring to boil.
Turn into a greased 3-quart casserole dish.
Cover.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 55 minutes. Uncover.
Top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
Serves 8 to 10.
