Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped rhubarb
    sugar, sprinkled over rhubarb
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1/4 c. orange juice
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Let rhubarb set after sprinkling sugar over.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake in greased loaf tin for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Flour tin if necessary.
    Freezes well.
