Mexican Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    1 medium onion
    2 jalapeno peppers
    2 cans tomato sauce (15 oz. cans)
    2 cans mixed vegetables (15 oz. cans)
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut pork chops up into bite-size pieces.
    Cover bottom of pan with vegetable oil.
    Fry pork chops, stirring occasionally.
    Chop onion and jalapeno peppers and put in with pork chops when you put in pan.
    When pork chops are done, add tomato sauce and mixed vegetables.
    Add salt.
    Simmer approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
