Barbecue Roasted Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    3/4 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets
Preparation
    Marinate salmon in Ziploc bag with pineapple and lemon juices for one hour. Meanwhile, combine brown sugar through cinnamon ingredients. Set aside. Remove salmon from marinade; discard marinade. Place salmon in shallow baking dish, skin side down. Rub dry mixture evenly over salmon. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
