Chili Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sirloin
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
    2 c. diced green chilies
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese (Mexican hot flavor), cubed
    nacho chips
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add garlic, tomatoes, chilies and cheese cubes.
    Cook on low for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with nacho chips.
    Crock-pot works well.
