Zucchini Cheese Crisps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. corn flake crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of garlic powder
4 small unpeeled zucchini, cut in 1/4 to 1/2-inch slices
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Combine corn flake crumbs, cheese and seasonings.
Place mixture in plastic bag.
Dip zucchini slices in butter, then shake gently in bag of crumbs to coat.
Place zucchini on baking sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until crisp.
Makes 4 servings.
