Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 strips bacon
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
16 oz. jar red cabbage
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp.
Drain; reserve fat.
Add equal amount of flour to fat.
Blend in brown sugar and vinegar.
Drain red cabbage; reserve liquid.
Blend cabbage liquid into flour mixture; cook until thickened.
Add cabbage; heat thoroughly.
Sprinkle with bacon.
