Green Beans With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 lb. small fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium red onion, cut in thin strips
    1 lb. green beans (fresh or frozen)
    fresh ground pepper
    1 tsp. dill weed
    2 Tbsp. toasted almonds or pine nuts
Preparation
    Saute garlic and mushrooms in butter until tender.
    Stir in onion; set aside.
    Cook or steam beans in small amount of water until crisp-tender; drain.
    Combine beans with mushroom mixture. Add pepper and dill weed.
    Garnish with nuts.
    Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
