Venison Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground venison
    1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. cumin
    2 onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    23 oz. cooked red beans
Preparation
    Saute the venison in bacon drippings.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
