Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 to 3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream the sugar and oil.
Beat in the eggs.
Add the flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Fold in the pineapple, carrots and nuts. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
