Barbecue Pork On Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 to 6 lb.) Boston butt
    1 1/2 c. hickory flavored barbecue sauce
    3/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Bring pork to boil in lightly salted water.
    Cover; reduce to simmer and cover 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Remove pork, discard water and cool.
    Remove bone and fat; discard.
    Coarsely chop lean meat and place in saucepan.
    Mix barbecue sauce, catsup and mustard; stir into meat.
    Heat thoroughly.
    May need to add water to keep meat from sticking.
    Makes approximately 18 sandwiches.
