Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 Ritz crackers
    1 large egg
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Coat cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
    Place crackers in food processor.
    Pulse to fine crumbs. Transfer to bowl.
