Overnight Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. sausage
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Put bread in casserole dish; grate cheese over bread.
    Fry sausage; drain and put over cheese.
    Beat eggs and milk; add mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour over sausage.
    Let set in refrigerator overnight.
    Dilute soup with 1/4 cup milk; add mushrooms and spread on casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
