Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. coconut
dash of salt

Preparation

Mix all together; pour into buttered casserole dish.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
