Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1 large egg
1/3 c. Crisco
1/3 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
dash of salt
Preparation

Beat egg.
Mix with sugar, corn, sour cream and Crisco.
Add corn meal and salt; mix.
Grease heavy cast-iron frying pan.
Coat with dry corn meal.
Pour ingredients into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
