Fruit Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well-drained
    1/2 box chopped dates
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    crushed pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Line a bowl with plastic wrap and put mixture in bowl.
    Leave in refrigerator until well chilled.
    Shape into a ball and roll in crushed pecans.
    Serve with crackers.
