Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine sausage and cheese, mixing well.
Combine biscuit mix and milk; blend thoroughly.
Add to sausage mixture and mix well. Chill 30 minutes.
Shape into balls and place on broiler pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes about 36 servings.
