1/2 c. cold water
1 pkg. jello
8 oz. yogurt, same flavor as jello

Proportions have intentionally been left out because it depends on how many people you are cooking for and presumes that you have some experience in making sauces. Be generous with the olive oil; if you need more moisture, add the wine. What kind or kinds of wine and cheese to use are up to you.
