Swiss Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. cooked chicken or turkey (white meat is best)
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 (7 oz.) can Herdez green chile salsa
2 c. whipping cream or enough to come to top of enchiladas in pan
12 to 15 flour tortillas
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Combine chicken, chilies and chile sauce for filling.
Fill tortilla with chicken mixture.
Roll and place in ungreased baking pan, flap side down.
When all tortillas are filled, pour cream over them.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
