Basil Shrimp And Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 lb. shelled, deveined shrimp or frozen shrimp
2 c. frozen broccoli cuts
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin 2-inch strips
1/2 c. snow peas
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. water chestnuts
1/2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
1/4 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sliced green onions
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
Add shrimp. Stir-fry about 4 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
Remove to serving dish.
Add all vegetables except green onions.
Stir-fry until crisp-tender.
Combine boiling water and bouillon.
Stir to dissolve.
Combine cold water, cornstarch, basil and lemon juice. Stir well.
Add to vegetables in skillet.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Add green onions and shrimp.
Heat until shrimp are warm.
Makes 4 servings.
