Millionaire Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 sticks margarine or butter
    1 lb. marshmallows (small size)
    18 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 lb. pecan meats (or desired amount)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, milk and butter over medium heat; stir constantly to avoid scorching.
    Bring to boil and cook 7 minutes; remove from heat.
    Add marshmallows; stir until melted into mixture.
    Add chocolate chips; stir until melted into mixture. Add vanilla and pecans; mix well.
    Pour into oiled dish and cool. Makes 6 pounds of candy.
