Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. won ton skins
    1 1/2 c. bean sprouts
    1 egg
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except won ton skins.
    Part wrappers and wet with water all 4 corners.
    Place small portion of mixture on middle of won ton skin.
    Roll 2 sides to cover, then remaining 2 sides.
