"Fudge Pie" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cocoa (plus 1 tsp.)
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Blend cocoa, flour and sugar well.
    Add remaining ingredients but do not overmix.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 40 to 50 minutes.
    I watch it - if it looks done but is \"quivery\" in the middle, take it out; you will have a perfect pie!
