Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe

rich pie crust
6 lb. tart apples
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
butter
cinnamon
Preparation

Line 10-inch pie tin with pie crust.
Core, peel and cut apples in small pieces and lay them in a crust, overlapping, flower-like.
Mix flour, sugar and cornstarch and sift over pie. Pour milk over pie.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
