Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter or margarine, softened
    3 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 c. flour
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream together margarine or butter with sugar.
    Blend in cream cheese.
    Add alternately flour and eggs.
    Add extract.
    Spread into a greased and floured tube pan.
    Start with a cold oven. Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
